We really enjoyed this place and lovely food.
Good base for exploring Playa del Ingles. Perfect pillows and bed.
-
The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. And it was quiet.
The restaurant was too crowded and too loud for breakfast !! 2 coffee machines were broken / empty, the staff had a lot of work, and it took a long time until 2 coffee machines were repaired or refilled!

Good service, friendly staff and good animation shows. The food is varied and delicious. . With a free shuttle bus, one gets to the beach Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés. Many shopping facilities in the vicinity.
Unfortunately the room doors cannot be closed quietly. You can hear doors slamming from everywhere. . room with a little light in it

I really enjoyed the food, the room, the weather. The staff was very nice, except for one or two employees who were not so nice. I also liked the fact that the animation reduced the volume at the appropriate time or that it ended at 22:30.
-
The bed is super comfortable, the room as a whole excellent.
-
The room was modernly furnished. The bed was comfortable. Nice staff
The music in the evening was too (much) loud. The room was a bit small. No armchair in the room and no room for it.
-
Two different pools. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.
Location of the hotel, a bit away from everything.
-
A good locaion for the area, it was clean and comfortable. With an excellent team of staff both friendly and proffesional.
The entertainment staff during the day were good for those who wanted to take part. The inhouse evening entertainment was poor. The Michael Jackson tribute was an embarrassment after so much publisity during the day. A black man with white face paint who couldnt dance or sing/mime. It may have been different if I thought he was trying to be funny. it wasnt and sadly I think he was serious!!!

the entertainment team were excellent, they made the holiday for us
the long wait in dining room to get your drinks,,coffee machines always busy and not good
-
The buffet meals were good value.

This was the 15th time we have visited this hotel, that says we like everything about it. The animation team work very hard to ensure everyone has a great time although if u don't want to join in they do not hassle you to do so! Cleanliness, food, accomodation all great, please note about half the rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard, although we did view one we were not allocated one through Booked.net, seemed they were allocated to other tour operators or we could of upgraded for 15euros per person per night, after unpacking could not be bothered to change rooms, maybe next time!
The hotel has changed over the years mainly for the better, although the huge disappointment to us travelling with a teenager, was that there are now a lifeguard present at both pools and they do not allow any inflatables or balls etc, I understand this is for safety and at peak times this could be a problem, but all the years we have visited there has never been a problem, my son was very disappointed, took this up with reception and it is now law in Gran Canaria apparently!!!!

Friendly staff, great food, location and hotel facilities, all round great place to stay.
The entertainment was a bit loud for us and we were in one of the rooms further away from the hotel on the top floor.

The room was nice and the air conditioning was perfect. The first night I was given a room with a great terrace, but no sunshine goes on the terrace at anytime during the day or evening. I asked the next day for a change of room, as what is the point of having a terrace without any sunshine? I was moved the next day to a room with sunshine all day, this was very good and the receptionist Lolly I believe was her name, was very helpful at all times. I liked the location of the hotel, very central.
I did not like the dining experience at all, I was on half board, I will not do it again. The food for a vegetarian was very limited, but the worst part was trying to find a table, once found, it was then 10 more minutes trying to find cutlery to eat with, and a cup or a glass to drink with, the staff quite simply could not cope with the business. I also ordered wifi internet, I paid for a week in advance, the wifi did not work at all in my room, the receptionist kept telling me that he had contacted a technician and to wait 15 minutes later…After 2 days of waiting and again being asked to wait 15 minutes, I asked for my wifi money back, the receptionist gave it to me, but without a smile. The final thing I was a little unhappy about, but not too much, was I could hear everything through the walls of the next room, unfortunately the lady had a wind problem…hahahahaha, it was like listening to a tune on a regular basis, but I could still sleep and even smile at this, so no big worry:-)

1. The design and layout of the sweet room. 2. having a swiming pool and tennis court.
1. The noise from the street and night entertainments. 2. inpersonal service. 3. the quality of the tennis court and balls, reckets rent-out. 4. room cleaning not perfect, find a cockroach. 5. Food is almost the same every day.
